Sophie Francis

Sophie has been an integral part of HideOut Youth Zone since its opening in 2020. Beginning her journey in the Reception team, where she managed memberships and front desk operations, she later transitioned to the main office, overseeing key aspects of finance and HR. This progression has led to her current role as Business and People Manager.

In this role, Sophie plays a vital part in advancing Empower’s strategic goal of becoming an employer of choice. She ensures that our staff and volunteers are equipped to provide young people with affordable access to enriching and inspiring opportunities. Additionally, she supports the ongoing development and quality of our volunteering programme through the direct management of the Volunteer Coordinator.
