Hanako Ichii-Jones

Hanako is the Volunteer Coordinator at Empower Youth Zones, responsible for overseeing the strategy, recruitment, training, and management of volunteers. She ensures that volunteers are effectively integrated alongside qualified staff across various Youth Zone sections and projects. Hanako coordinates every stage of the volunteer journey, from onboarding and skill development to recognising and celebrating their achievements.
