Alex is the Inclusion Coordinator at Salford Youth Zone, responsible for designing and delivering inclusive programmes that promote community cohesion. She creates an environment where young people from diverse backgrounds, including various ethnic communities and those with disabilities, feel safe, valued, and engaged.
