Working closely with Empower’s CEO, Alex plays a critical role in ensuring the organisation delivers on its vision and strategic objectives. She leads the development and implementation of HideOut Youth Zone’s operational strategies, overseeing the execution of annual business plans to drive efficiency, growth, and impact.
