Councillor Teresa Pepper retired in 2020 having spent almost 40 years in Senior Finance roles in manufacturing industries. Teresa’s work involved the Financial Management of businesses in the UK and across the world. She also spent significant time working on acquisitions and mergers.
Teresa became a councillor in the City of Salford in 2022 and it allowed her to be involved in creating a better world and most particularly for young people. Teresa doesn’t believe talent is related to your postcode. She is passionate about making sure that young people have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves and maximise their talents.
