Kerin began her OnSide journey working as a Youth Worker at Wigan Youth Zone, before moving to Bolton Lads & Girls Club as their Creative Arts Coordinator. Kerin then began her journey at HideOut, where she became our Senior Club Coordinator, before being promoted to HideOut’s Deputy Head of Youth Work & Partnerships, to now Head of Youth Work & Partnerships. Kerin leads the delivery team and is responsible for fostering external collaborations and partnerships to support the organisation’s goals.
