Natalie Howard

Natalie is the Operations Manager at HideOut Youth Zone, overseeing the seamless operation of the Youth Zone’s administrative and membership support functions. She has overall responsibility for the Reception and Membership Team, room bookings, and facility hire. Additionally, Natalie manages internal communications, IT systems, mail and deliveries, and supports the Facilities Manager in coordinating maintenance visits to ensure the efficient running of the organisation.
