Patti started at Empower Youth Zones in April 2023, and is responsible for all communications and fundraising activity. Patti has a lot of experience in this area after working at Salford University for over a decade. This wealth of experience was vital in the new Salford Youth Zone project, in which Patti oversees both sites. In 2025, Patti was promoted to Deputy CEO.
